I'm sweating.....

What the hell if i'm sweating....do anyone care???....hehehehehe....juz to share story, for a week ni aku happy sebab for the first time i'm doing the exercise consistently. 30 mins in the evening and 10 mins in the morning. I start back my mission to lose weight and the target is 62kg - 65kg by the time of this coming raya.....and as at last 14/5 i weighted at 70kg (started at 73kg).... i have another couple of month to reduce another 5 - 7kg... Insya-Allah..tapi kan...with my height 164cm, i'm look ok .... but i'll be better in my ideal weight 60kg-65kg...skang ni BMI aku lebih kurang 26...tu overweight...nak kasi turun sket at least ke 23 or 24...it's enough rite..
Memang seronok mengeluarkan peluh....semalam memang heavy duty rrr....menitik-nitik sampai basah lantai...Well, aku exercise dalam rumah je, pasang lagu poco-poco sampai 6 round. Lenght for 1 round song is 5 mins 50 scd....so multiply by 6, altogether 33 mins. Seronok buat exercise dirumah, boleh pakai apa yang ko suka rather than jogging kat luar, hv to wear full jogging attire.

Me again...........heheheheheh...
